Following the Supreme Court’s South Dakota v. Wayfair decision in June 2018, a majority of states have enacted laws requiring remote sellers to collect sales tax. As many as thirty-one states now have laws requiring out-of-state retailers to collect sales tax and more are joining in every month. In accordance with the law NIXY, Inc. has registered with the states that they are required to collect sales tax from. This is the reason you may find that your NIXY order includes sales tax. NIXY, Inc. submit your sales tax to your state where it benefits your local community.

With every purchase comes a repair kit in an orange tube. Small punctures are easy to patch up with the included kit. Follow the below instructions:
The bubble you see on the bottom of the board is completely normal on all iSUPs. The area between the inflation valve and the bottom layer does not have any drop stitch between them since the valve takes up the space opposite of where the bubble appears. This will not affect the integrity of the board and will ride as smoothly as all our other iSUPs.
The Typhoon pump has 3 settings/stages to inflate your paddle board.
ypically, paddlers start at #1 and move on to #2 or #3 once pumping becomes more difficult.
Although your board may look and feel like it is full it may only be filled to about 5 psi. The Typhoon 3 stage hand pump gauge will not register a reading until it reaches at least 9 psi. This usually happens in stage 2 or 3. Look at the gauge while you are pumping because once you stop pumping the gauge will not show the pressure when it is sitting still. So even though you think your board is full, Keep Pumping. The pressure will show up soon enough.
I find that sometimes the washer starts to get threaded and when you are unscrewing the screw it feels like it has not unscrewed from the fin box but in fact it has. As you keep turning the screw, the washer ends up being unscrewed which will cause it to fall off into the fin box.
When using the NIXY electric pump the gauge will move back and forth at a rapid speed as it inflates the item. The pump has two stages, the first stage quickly pumps the board to about 5 psi and sounds like a vacuum cleaner pumping air in. The second stage is much louder, and the pump will shake. Don’t be alarmed, this is normal. The second stage slowly pumps the board to the higher psi and will stop automatically at the psi that you indicate on the dial.
